Volunteering is fun! Being a Big Sister is simple and rewarding. It is as easy as showing your new Little Sister how to play a favorite computer game, bake an apple pie or reading the funnies together. We’ve learned that being someone special to a child doesn’t take much more than that. But the impact is huge for both of you!

How to apply: The easiest and fastest way to get started is to complete our convenient online application. After you complete a short form online, a Big Brothers Big Sisters staff member will contact you to start the application process you’ll need to:

• Provide four references
• Participate in an in-person interview & have a home visit
• Go through a background check
• Submitt to a personality assessment
